1. Order Processing Time
- Made to Order: All our sauna hats are made upon order to ensure the highest quality and customization. The production & Processing time for each hat is approximately 12 business days.
2. Shipping Duration

Total Shipping Duration: The total shipping duration includes both the production time and the transit time. Once your sauna hat is crafted, it will be shipped to you based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
- Example: If the production time is 12 business days and the transit time is 10 business days, the total shipping duration will be approximately 22 business days.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders in Australian and New Zealand.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days after the production time.
- Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days after the production time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carriers website.
5. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international shipping times and rates vary based on the destination and customs processes.
- Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
6. Shipping Address Changes

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Saunarai is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as much as possible.
